Required Skills & Experience**+ 7+ years of experience in Application Development - Core Java.+ Knowledge of various streaming frameworks.+ Familiarity with challenges that arise when implementing real time performant systems.+ Strong familiarity with Rates trading business as well as quantitative foundation of pricing and risk calculations.+ Experience with system analysis and in programming of software applications, especially as it pertains to performance and testability of components.+ Familiarity with interest rates products and associated pricing and risk calculations.+ Experience working on a mature development in a large collaborative environment as well as coming up with ideas that challenge current practices.+ Demonstrated leadership skills.
