Job Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, promoting merchandise, supporting sales goals, and maintaining an inviting shopping environment. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service. • Assist customers in selecting merchandise based on their needs and preferences. • Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and new arrivals. • Provide product recommendations, styling advice, and suggest complementary items. • Promote current marketing campaigns, events, and store initiatives. • Support sales goals and deliver an excellent shopping experience. • Participate in store meetings and team activities. • Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales floor. • Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations. • Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations. Requirements: • High school diploma or GED. • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented attitude. • Ability to learn product knowledge and provide professional recommendations. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods. • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
