The position will be remote with travel to your specific territory, trade shows, and PDR office as needed.  Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Gain new clients through lead generation and follow-up • Maintain existing clients through relationship building • Contact each assigned client via face-to-face least monthly • Contact each lead at least once every two months • Document each contact point into CRM on a timely basis • Serve as customer liaison for necessary communication between client and accounting team Qualifications and Competencies include: • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required • Ability to self-lead and successfully work autonomously • Ability to think outside the box • Proficiency with computers- MS Office, Outlook, CRM database and online research Knowledge of Real Estate Industry: • Municipal Lien searches • Estoppel certificates • Title industry – Real Estate Closings Education and Experience: • Minimum of an Associate's Degree required • Customer service experience required • Sales and sales closing experience preferred Hours of work: This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some evening and weekend hours may be required as dictated by business demands (due to Trade Shows, Networking etc.).
