Description: · Billing and invoicing · Timely application of all client payments received · Acquire client remittances to ensure accurate and timely application · Answering and resolving sales billing inquires. · Identify clients with consistent payment issues and work with both client and management to resolve. · Assist with various reports · Special projects as needed Required Skills: · Superior written and spoken communication skills · Great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem solving, a sense of urgency, and interpersonal skills that encourage teamwork, trust and openness among the employees with whom the position interfaces · Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a computer oriented environment · Strong computer skills, Great Plains experience preferred, and the desire to learn more · Most importantly you must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success
