As an Install & Service Helper, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to: • Assist with installing and servicing garage doors, commercial doors, operators, and related products • Load and unload materials and tools • Prepare job sites before work begins and clean up when the job is complete • Safely use hand and power tools while learning proper installation techniques • Help maintain a safe, organized work environment • Represent Wayne Door professionally at customer homes and businesses Every day is different, and you'll gain hands-on experience while working on a variety of residential and commercial projects. What We're Looking For • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Dependable with a strong work ethic • Comfortable performing physical work and lifting 50+ lbs. • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools is a plus • Valid driver's license preferred but not required Why Wayne Door?
