Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough verification of patient insurance benefits for accuracy and completeness. • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers regarding their insurance information. • Process and document insurance verifications in accordance with company policies and industry standards. • Resolve discrepancies in insurance information and follow up on outstanding verifications. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless workflow and timely claim submissions. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to assist with inquiries. • Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed.
