Why You’ll Love Working Here • Competitive hourly pay + commission up to 8% • Additional bonus opportunities based on store performance • Great hours — most stores open 9AM–6PM; many closed Sundays • Earned Wage Access available after day 2 • Employee discounts starting day one • Vacation & Sick/Personal time based on tenure and applicable state/local requirements • 401(k) auto‑enrollment after 6 months (age requirements apply) • Tuition Reimbursement opportunities for eligible employees What You'll Do • Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns • Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent • Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals • Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives • Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures • Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy • Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards • Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives • Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories What We’re Looking For • 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience • Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred • Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks • Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays • Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided) • Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset • Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus • Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas • Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply Commission Information Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance.
