Description Charm Security is building AI-powered defense systems that protect people from scams and social engineering attacks targeting financial institutions. Our platform combines real-time conversation analysis, behavioral science, and AI agents to break the scam spell before harm occurs. Backed by Team8, we're deploying our technology with banks and financial services companies to protect their customers at the moment of risk. Our product suite includes a Prevention Agent for real-time customer protection, a Copilot for fraud analysts, and a Customer-Facing Agent for self-service fraud reporting. Charm Security is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to help the world's leading financial institutions deploy the next generation of AI agents for fraud, scams, and cybercrime prevention and resolution. As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will work directly alongside customers to understand how fraud teams operate, configure and tailor AI agents to their environment, solve complex operational challenges, and continuously improve deployments based on real-world usage. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, AI, customer success, and fraud operations. Every customer is different, and you'll be responsible for turning Charm’s Agentic AI Workforce into a solution that feels purpose-built for each institution. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, enjoys working directly with customers, and wants to help shape how AI transforms fraud and scam prevention in financial institutions. You'll spend time on customer sites, becoming a trusted technological partner throughout their fraud AI transformation journey.
