Summary: Provides assistance with patient care activities as directed on the patient home health aide care plan and under the direction of the registered licensed professional staff. Independently assists the patient with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation/cooking and/or feeding and provides basic homemaking and laundry assistance for the patient in the home.
