What We Offer • Competitive pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience, and location • Lucrative commission opportunities for every new lease • Annual raises with the opportunity for up to a five percent salary increase each year • Employee referral bonuses ranging from $500 to $1,000 • Affordable health and dental benefits for employees at $47.50 per month through Blue Cross • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions (3% or $4,000 annually- whichever is greater) • Vision, life, and disability insurance • Paid holidays, plus additional paid time off: • 80 hours in the first year • 120 hours after two to four years • 160 hours after five or more years • Twenty percent rent discount at any Monarch-owned community - terms and conditions apply • Tuition reimbursement and paid training opportunities • Yearly anniversary gifts • Employee discount programs with partnered companies, including Verizon, Expedia, and Office Depot We are hiring at the following locations: The Retreat at Seven Trails Apartments, Ballwin, MO Southwoods Apartments, Sappington, MO Greenmar Apartments, Fenton, MO What You Will Do as a Leasing Consultant • Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments • Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings • Conduct and report market surveys • Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements • Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms • Assist with resident retention and engagement programs What We Are Looking For • 1+ year in Multi-Family Housing Industry strongly preferred • Yardi/CRM IQ familiarity strongly preferred • Strong sales mentality with ability to close and secure the lease • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents • Willingness to complete online training courses • Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month Ready to Take the Next Step?
