We're looking for a proven multifamily leader who can develop a strong team, drive occupancy and financial performance, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. What You Will Do • Lead the overall operations and performance of the community • Hire, coach, and develop office and maintenance teams • Drive leasing, occupancy, retention, and revenue • Oversee collections, expenses, budgeting, and financial performance • Maintain strong property standards and curb appeal • Ensure service requests and apartment turns are completed promptly • Build strong resident relationships and resolve concerns • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies What You Will Bring • 3+ years of Community Manager experience in multifamily property management required • Experience managing a larger community preferred • Proven leadership and team development skills • Strong knowledge of leasing, budgeting, financials, and property operations • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Yardi experience preferred • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Flexibility to respond to occasional weekend or emergency needs Why Gaines Investment Trust?
