Estimated Time: 10–15 minutes The Opportunity Gaines Investment Trust is looking to connect with Leasing Professionals for our apartment communities in the North Dallas area. We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates. What You'll Do • Greet and assist prospective and current residents • Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes • Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases • Prepare lease agreements and related documentation • Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in Yardi and CRM • Provide professional, responsive customer service • Support the onsite team and overall presentation of the community • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Work every Saturday and four weekdays What We're Looking For • Customer service or sales experience preferred; apartment leasing experience is a plus • Friendly, engaging, and professional communication style • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills • Professional appearance and presentation • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through • Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred • Valid driver's license Why Gaines Investment Trust?
