Job Requirements • Operations Management: Manage daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a safe, clean canteen environment. • Quality Control: Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality, efficiency, and proper portion control. • Compliance: Ensure all food handling, preparation, and serving follows health and safety regulations. • Inventory & Suppliers: Manage stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers. • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience. • Staff Training: Train employees and enforce company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and conduct. • Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of both kitchen and dining areas. • Daily Logistics: Prepare the canteen for daily operations, including setup and closing duties (cleaning/restocking). Work Experience • 3+ years' experience in Canteen • Experience in Food industry • Diploma / B.Sc in Catering / Hotel Management
