Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical stores and warehouse. Ensure proper receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, engineering materials, and consumables. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery documents, specifications, quantity, and material status. Ensure proper segregation and identification of materials based on status such as Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, Returned, and Under Test. Ensure storage of materials under specified environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity requirements. Maintain proper FEFO/FIFO practices as applicable. Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, testing, release, rejection, and disposition of materials. Ensure timely issuance of raw and packaging materials to Production as per approved requisitions/BMR/BPR. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP/WMS and ensure physical stock matches system inventory. Conduct periodic stock verification and support annual/periodic physical inventory. Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses, and inventory variances. Monitor expiry dates, retest dates, shelf life, and slow-moving/non-moving materials. Ensure proper handling and storage of rejected, damaged, returned, and expired materials. Ensure proper documentation of receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments. Maintain warehouse housekeeping, pest-control requirements, sanitation, and 5S standards. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, EHS, and data-integrity requirements. Ensure proper operation and monitoring of cold rooms, refrigerators, temperature/humidity monitoring systems, and other storage facilities where applicable.
