Execute API manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs. Monitor and control unit operations such as charging, reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, blending, and packing. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards. Verify availability of raw materials, equipment, and utilities before batch execution. Maintain accurate production documentation, logbooks, and batch records. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations. Monitor critical process parameters and report any deviations or abnormalities. Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control activities. Ensure proper cleaning, line clearance, and equipment status before production activities. Maintain housekeeping standards and follow 5S practices. Support validation activities including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification. Train operators on SOPs, safety procedures, and GMP requirements. Ensure safe handling of hazardous chemicals and proper use of PPE.
