Essential Job Functions: • Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management Faculty should feel comfortable managing acute pain patients and acute-on chronic pain patients in an inpatient setting. • Applicants should be comfortable supervising residents, and fellows. • Applicants should be able to participate in the academic activities of the department including teaching and mentoring trainees and participating in departmental conferences and faculty meetings. • Effort distribution may change based on department needs, candidate’s interests, and success in obtaining extramural grant funding.
