• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures. • Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits. • Identify hazards and perform risk assessments (JSA). • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory safety standards. • Monitor high-risk activities (height work, confined space, hot work). • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses. • Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis. • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Conduct safety induction and training programs. • Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions. • Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation. • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001). • Develop and implement emergency response plans (ERP). • Conduct mock drills and evacuation exercises. • Ensure availability and maintenance of safety equipment and PPE. • Monitor environmental compliance (waste, pollution control). • Promote safe work culture and employee participation. • Coordinate with management and regulatory authorities.
