Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.” Duties and Responsibilities Process related Management of a) Cases on Company. b) Notices on Company. c) Complaint on Company from Non-Judicial Authorities. d) Appearance and filing appropriate defence in contest Arbitration matters. e) Filing Written Statements/Counters in Cases as per the set TAT. f) Replies to Notice on the company as per the set TAT. (from customers / from Judicial and Non-Judicial Authorities, from third parties) g) Appearance in Arbitration proceedings on hearing dates including passing awards in contest matters. h) Vetting of Agreements and its clearance. i) Handling iCRM queries log in with Legal Department. j) Process adherence on a) resolving Legal hold Stock (Cases/notice etc.), MIS/PPT, Audit compliance, handling empaneling of Advocates and empaneled advocates, team management and ensuring proper support to field, bill/invoice clearance, storage entrustment on time. 1. Adherence to TAT is must for filing counter/written statement, replies to notice etc., timely follow-up. 2. Must have hands on experience in MS office, MS Word. 3. Should have Pan India exposure handling 600+ cases Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC in Corporate Legal.
