Recruit, retain, manage & build a productive team of Off Roll employees? Maintain delinquency on the portfolio, in line with the Product Segment.? Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint? Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics? Learning and Understanding of CRM & lending system - Salesforce.com & Finnone is must.? Effectively engage with Credit, Operations & Risk teams.? Hygiene Management - This form the crucial part of car refinance business - effective monitoring and PDD Collection.? Tracking cases at every stage to have better control.
