ORGANIZATIONAL CHART KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership • Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SCF division. Own the regional/national AUM and disbursement targets, ensuring optimized acquisition costs and overall business profitability. Income Generation & P&L Management • Overall P&L health, fee income generation, and maintenance of high-quality portfolio metrics. • Relationship Management • Act as a single point of contact during onboarding and initial ramp-up phase. Drive engagement to ensure long-term scalability of programs. Develop and manage strong relationships with onboarded Anchors Program Implementation • Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Portfolio, Product, and Technology teams. Ensure timely completion of documentation, approvals, and program go-live. Support onboarding of vendor/dealer ecosystem under each Anchor Portfolio Build & Monitoring • Drive utilization and disbursement under onboarded programs. Monitor onboarding funnel, activation levels, and early portfolio performance. Ensure portfolio quality in line with defined risk and profitability metrics . AUM & Disbursement Handling • Maintaining 50 Cr AUM. 200 Cr disbursement to be maintained yearly. Onboarding of 10 anchors with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Portfolio Risk & Quality Oversight: • Ensure overarching portfolio quality strictly aligns with defined commercial bureau and risk metrics. Monitor early warning signals and drive strategic interventions to maintain portfolio health. CXO-Level Anchor Acquisition • Lead high-level engagements and strategic alliances with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Anchor corporates. Drive complex negotiations with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Procurement Leaders to establish scalable financing ecosystems.
