Rollback 25%, Field visit discipline. • .Vendor management will be assessed based on the Hand holding and enabling them to deliver the given targets with field discipline and process management. • Team Building will be assessed based on the attrition, training and escalation. • Adhering to the industry regulations, organizational standards, ethics and procedures. • Display of core values and culture at work while interacting with Internal and external stakeholder.
