Responsibilities The Environmental Services Shift Supervisor directly oversees the activities of assigned Environmental Services staff to ensure that assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with requisite standards of quality and safety. The Supervisor also assumes responsibility for care of equipment, control of supplies, and counseling of employees. Responsible for making decisions regarding staffing of EVS personnel for appropriate shift to ensure adequate coverage. Qualifications Education • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred • Associate’s Degree highly Preferred • Bachelor’s Degree highly Preferred Work Experience • Previous Environmental Services Preferred • Previous supervisory experience Preferred • Equivalent education may be substituted for experience Preferred Licenses and Certifications • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid in state Driver's License Upon Hire Required • Registered/Certified Executive Housekeeper (REH/CEH) Preferred • Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) Preferred Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Columbus Midtown
