This senior role, often seen in SYSTRA-led projects in Mumbai, demands expertise in CBTC and related metro technologies. Missions/Main Duties • Review Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for signalling integration with systems like AFC, platform screen doors, and telecom.​ • Develop procurement strategies, manage bids, and proof-check designs against specifications.​ • Supervise testing, trials, commissioning, and statutory approvals while ensuring quality assurance.​ Project Oversight Duties • Lead implementation supervision to meet timelines, monitor risks, and report to stakeholders.​ • Provide capacity building and knowledge transfer to clients like NCRTC.​ • Ensure compliance with metro signalling standards such as ERTMS, ETCS, or CBTC.​ Profile/Skills Candidates need 15+ years in rail signalling, a relevant engineering degree, and skills in managing contractors for large metro projects.
