Your work profile As a Process Quality Assurance AM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes compliant with ISO 42001-2023. Your primary responsibility will be Implementation of ISO 42001 framework across projects and functions and ensure compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements • Implementation of ISO 42001 framework across projects and functions. • Define, document, and institutionalize AI governance policies, processes, and controls • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements • Conduct thorough and systematic internal audits of various processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with requirements. • Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality • standards. Conduct awareness sessions and trainings on ISO 42001 and quality practices • Lead root cause analysis efforts to address process deviations, recommend corrective actions, and track the effectiveness of solutions. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving the enhancement of processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality. • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to process quality assurance. • Knowledge of standards like CMMI, ISO 27001, SOC and Statistical analysis will be an added advantage. Skills required Experience ‐ 4‐6 years in Quality Assurance (IT industry) Desired qualifications • Any Graduate with relevant experience. BTech and BE degree will be an added advantage • Proven track record of 4‐8 years in process quality assurance or a related role in IT industry. • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and best practices. • Proficiency in using quality management tools and software. • Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams. • Detail‐oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. • Ability to adapt to a fast‐paced, evolving environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
