Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Skills and Knowledge: • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required. • Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.
