Yerkes Buffalo is the North American manufacturing home of Corian® solid surface products, introduced in 1968 and the founding manufacturing location for Tedlar® polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) films, introduced in 1961. Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:​ ​Monitoring and operating complex chemical processes, equipment, and facilities Reading, interpreting, and following instructions including standard operating conditions and procedures Collecting and analyzing samples and verifying product meets requirements Obtaining, loading, unloading, transporting, storing, and staging of materials Operating mobile equipment Following site safety procedures to prepare and operate equipment PAY The starting rate for this position is $23.46 while in a one-week orientation. Post orientation, the hourly pay will increase to a minimum of $25.81 with potential earnings up to $39.57 dependent on job assignment and qualifications. JOB QUALIFICATIONS​ Minimum Skills / Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum 1-2 years of industrial experience including manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or other equivalent technical trade. Military experience is also desirable.
