Presencial (5 días) What will you do: As a BMS & IBMS Project Sales Engineer at Trane Technologies, you will: Drive Sales: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Provide Technical Support: • Help clients understand our HVAC and refrigeration solutions. • Conduct site surveys to determine the best solutions for customer needs. Manage Projects: • Oversee BMS and IBMS projects from start to finish. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Engage with Customers: • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations. Analyze the Market: • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. • Provide feedback to improve our products and services. Promote Sustainability: • Advocate for our sustainability initiatives. • Align your work with our commitment to environmental and social impact. Sales Skills: • Proven experience in sales and business development. • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Project Management: • Experience managing projects from start to finish. • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely project delivery. Customer Focus: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Market Awareness: • Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. • Ability to analyze competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
