Job Summary
The convergence of controls products, building automation systems, and digital solutions with AI is reshaping how buildings are operated, optimized, and sustained. Customers are seeking strategic partners who can connect technology, building systems, and business outcomes to deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient environments. They expect solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and outcome-driven — reducing operating costs, enhancing occupant experience, and improving indoor environmental quality.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President & General Manager, the Regional Controls and Digital Sales Leader will set the strategic direction for the Texas Gulf Coast Region’s controls products, building automation systems (BAS), and Digital Portfolio with AI offerings. Supporting all 13 locations across the region, this role is responsible for accelerating profitable growth, expanding market penetration, and strengthening strategic alignment across the sales organization for these offerings.
In close partnership with area sales teams, regional leadership, and North America controls & digital sales leadership, this individual will identify, develop, and scale opportunities that improve building performance and elevate customer outcomes. This leader will play a critical role in aligning commercial strategy, customer value, sales execution, and talent development to create sustained competitive advantage. While this role is primarily focused on sales leadership, it will partner closely with operations leaders to ensure strong execution and customer outcomes. Success in this role will be measured by sales growth, share gain, margin expansion, customer satisfaction, and the development of long-term strategic customer relationships.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
•
Provide strategic leadership to a growing sales team focused on new customer acquisition, expansion within existing accounts, and increased market penetration through sales excellence disciplines, strategic account management, and outcome-based selling.
•

Partner closely with marketing, sales, local leadership, and corporate leadership to identify market opportunities and accelerate growth.
•
Serve as the regional leader for pipeline rigor, opportunity management, and sales discipline execution across controls and connected offerings, ensuring strong visibility, prioritization, and conversion across the region.
•
Build strong linkage between controls products, BAS, connected solutions, and broader customer strategies to deliver differentiated and integrated outcomes.
•
Strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty by partnering with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations, solution delivery, and long-term value realization.
•
Lead monthly financial reviews and evaluate performance through key commercial and financial metrics to ensure progress against growth and profitability objectives.
•
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes with a high degree of accuracy and accountability. Communicate performance to goals, reinforce successes, and provide timely strategic direction where course correction is needed.
Responsibilities as a Member of the Regional Leadership Team
•
Partner with Area General Managers, Sales Leaders, and Operations Leaders across all 13 regional locations to assess controls maturity, prioritize investments, and advance strategies for profitable growth.
•
Collaborate with sales and operations leaders to define and achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets across the region.
•
Apply commercialization standard work from the Business Operating System to develop and scale go-to-market strategies that improve market reach and commercial effectiveness.
•
