Full description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a large scale infrastructure and hardware capacity program. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, data center operations, hardware capacity, and supply chain teams. You will serve as a key connector across highly technical organizations, helping drive complex infrastructure initiatives forward while supporting engineering teams with capacity related escalations. This is an excellent opportunity for a TPM who thrives in fast moving environments, enjoys solving complex technical and operational problems, and is comfortable influencing across multiple teams. What You Will Do • Drive complex technical programs across engineering, infrastructure, data center, hardware, and capacity teams • Coordinate cross organizational projects involving multiple technical teams and stakeholders • Provide frontline support for engineering escalations related to infrastructure and capacity • Partner with engineering teams to identify blockers, resolve conflicts, and keep critical initiatives moving forward • Support hardware capacity planning and infrastructure efficiency initiatives • Coordinate supply chain activities between hardware programs and infrastructure partners • Review project plans, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and self service resources • Identify opportunities to improve and automate support processes and internal tooling • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly across technical stakeholders Required Qualifications • 5 plus years of Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management experience • Hands on experience managing programs within infrastructure and/or data center environments • Demonstrated experience driving complex projects across multiple engineering teams and organizations • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, hardware, compute, capacity, or related systems • Experience working directly with engineering stakeholders in fast paced technical environments • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to independently drive programs forward with limited direction • Experience managing technical escalations and navigating competing priorities • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field Preferred Qualifications • Experience with public cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Experience supporting hyperscale compute, cloud infrastructure, or capacity programs • Hardware supply chain or infrastructure capacity planning experience • Experience providing frontline technical escalation support for engineering or product teams • Experience building or improving technical support systems, documentation, knowledge bases, or automation • Familiarity with SQL or other technical tools used to support infrastructure programs • PMI or PMP certification • MBA or related advanced degree We are especially interested in candidates who have worked within large scale infrastructure, cloud, data center, hardware, or compute environments. Experience with major cloud providers or similarly complex technology organizations is highly relevant. This role is best suited for a hands on technical program leader rather than a traditional waterfall Project Manager or purely business focused PMO professional. Location: Remote Role type: Contract 6+ Month Position Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Application Question(s): • Do you or will you in the future require any sponsorship to work in the US? Language: • English (Required)
