What’s in it for you: * $87,000-$125,000 base + performance bonus * Position based in Cincinnati, OH; Charlotte, NC; or Tampa, FL * Advancement opportunities with aggressive and structure career paths * A culture of continuous education and technical training with reimbursements available * Hybrid work environment with the ability to work remotely 40 hours per month * Comprehensive benefits package * Health, dental and vision coverage * 401(k) with company match * Perks including employee discounts, financial wellness planning, tuition reimbursement and more * Certified Great Place to Work and voted a 2019-2026 Computerworld Best Places to Work in IT What you’ll be doing: * Develop, provision, monitor, and support cloud-native and hybrid solutions * Collaborate with Cloud Architects to design innovative infrastructure * Analyze business needs and propose conceptual solutions with supporting documentation * Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules (Terraform, Ansible) * Monitor systems in partnership with NOC/SOC teams to identify and resolve issues * Troubleshoot cloud workloads and support team members * Build and maintain both public cloud and hybrid cloud environments What you need: * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience * 2-5 years of experience in cloud computing * Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platform and services * Experience with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams * Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) * Cloud and automation certifications highly preferred (Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes) * DevOps mindset and a passion for continuous improvement * Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, from new hires to executives * Desire to stay on top of emerging technologies Where you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45245 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
