Responsibilities: • Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required. • Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis) • Assists director with department charge reconciliation. • Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN. • Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit. Provides staff with real time feedback PRN. • Assists with payroll functions as needed. We are offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Required • Bachelor's Of Nursing Degree (BSN) and one (1) year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson • Registered Nurse License: North Dakota • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 Days • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 Days Preferred • Charge Nurse experience Where You'll Work CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Heath, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado.
