Develops, implements and modifies the patient care plan as indicated by patient’s conditions and responses. Uses multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve patient problems • Administer medications using barcode scanning • Ensures all required documentation completed in ORM within Meditech for all surgical patients • Demonstrates adequacy in EDM tracker and PCS • Respectful and effective communication with all patient populations, physicians, and across all areas of continuum of care • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with Safe Patient Handling techniques Job Requirements Required • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota • BLS Preferred • Previous hospital experience Where You'll Work CHI St. Francis Health is a ministry serving the head of the Red River basin located in Breckenridge, Minnesota, founded by the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls in 1899.
