As Food & Beverage Director, you'll direct every outlet under the F&B umbrella — setting quality, service, and financial standards across restaurants, bars, and banquets — while building the team that brings Ameswell's food and beverage vision to life. Key Responsibilities • Interviews, selects, trains, schedules, coaches, and supports associates, ensuring performance aligns with brand and hotel standards • Monitors adherence to service, sanitation, and productivity standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction • Monitors and controls food and beverage inventories, related equipment, and labor costs • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation levels in line with Health Department requirements at all times • Manages food preparation standards across all outlets • Monitors and forecasts food and beverage revenues and expenses to meet company goals • Implements new menu items, policies, and procedures to increase customer satisfaction and perceived value • Develops and manages the annual food and beverage budget • Implements and monitors ordering and receiving programs to ensure proper quantities and pricing • Practices safe work habits, following MSDS and OSHA standards • Organizes multiple projects, managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines • Performs other duties as requested by management • Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends as business needs require Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Eight years of food and beverage experience, at least three in a Director role at a luxury hotel property. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Progressive food and beverage management experience in a similar-size hotel or venue • Sommelier pin preferred or at least 5 years of extensive wine knowledge and experience building a award winning wine list • Food Service Sanitation and Alcohol Service Permit certifications (where state-required); CPR certification preferred Benefits Eligible associates are offered a comprehensive benefits package that may include: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Short-term and long-term disability insurance • Term life insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) including Sick Hours • 401(k) retirement plan, effective from date of hire • Hotel and F&B outlet discounts • Wellness incentives through Class Pass
