About Us: Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the west side of the Phoenix valley. With 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, Lactation and Myo services. Responsibilities: • Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes and evaluations. Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings. Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians. Requirements: • Must hold a current license for Speech Therapy License in Arizona. If out of state, you must be willing to obtain an Arizona License.
