About the Position Trevor's is looking for an enthusiastic assistant manager to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for people that have a passion for selling, relationship building and most importantly spirits, wine or cigars. At Trevor's our goal is to provide the best customer service, which we accomplish by having the most educated and knowledgeable staff we can assemble. As Assistant Manager, you will support and motivate employees while also providing courteous service to customers. This includes building upon company programs and team member development plans to achieve sales, service, and operational performance goals, as well as monitoring the store and ensuring all customers are satisfied with services and products.
