RESPONSIBILITIES • Applies knowledge of Company products, services, and policies to evaluate customers' needs, provide information, and book excursions. • Performs a variety of intermediate clerical and general office tasks. • Routinely processes data, documents, and correspondence. • Uses a computer to enter and retrieve information. • Answers telephones. • Processes mail, faxes, and deliveries. REQUIREMENTS • Proficiency in computer business applications, with working knowledge of word processing programs, computerized accounting or data entry systems, and spreadsheet applications. • One year of experience in positions involving clerical assignments. • Must pass a pre-employment background check. • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors. • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
