RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate point of sale computer, handle financial transactions and process orders accurately. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work and storage spaces. • Cleaning and stocking the venue to ensure success, rotating and organizing product to prevent spoilage. • Completing sanitization and food safety protocols and logs with assistance and direction from management. • Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance. • Works with the Dining Room Supervisor to ensure a smooth flow of guests to the restaurant. REQUIREMENTS • Must pass a pre-employment background check. • Minimum age of 18 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska. • Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available. • Must be eligible to work in the United States. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES • Must have or the ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handler’s Card. • Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals. • Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards. • Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
