The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our hotel operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth running of our hotels on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities: Staff Management: • Lead, motivate, and manage a team across various departments. • Develop and implement staff schedules and rosters. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback Operations Management: • Oversee daily operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
