Product Support: • Provide support for multiple products, offering assistance with both software and hardware components. Technical Skills: • Possess knowledge of electronics and mechanical devices. • Proficient in PC computer skills, including working with various operating systems and networking. Client Support: • Offer software and hardware support for clients and fellow field service technicians. Education: • Electronics technical school training or equivalent is required. Technical Skills: • Ability to work on proprietary software, hardware communications, programming, and repair. • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks. Driving Record: • Must have a clean driving record. Communication Skills: • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly when interacting with customers. • Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Bonus Skills: • Knowledge of SQL Server database maintenance. • Familiarity with MS Windows software and operating systems. • Understanding of network and communication systems. • Possession of MS Network and MS A+ Certifications is advantageous.
