We are looking for an experienced Dental Recruiter to join our growing team! We are seeking a motivated and experienced recruiter who understands the dental industry and can identify, attract, and hire top dental professionals. Responsibilities • Recruit dental professionals, including Dentists, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Treatment Coordinators, Office Managers, and other dental staff. • Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms. • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and screen candidates. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Help ensure positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates. • Build and maintain a strong network of dental professionals. Requirements • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry. • Strong understanding of dental positions and qualifications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time. • Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems. • Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals. • Strong attention to detail. Preferred • Experience recruiting for dental offices, DSOs, or multi-location dental groups. • Experience with high-volume recruitment. • Familiarity with dental terminology and common dental roles.
