THE GIG In this role, you’ll connect with clients during and after class to: • Learn about their experience and goals • Build genuine rapport and community • Recommend membership options that fit their needs • Onboard new members and help them maximize their experience You’ll also support the in-studio experience by capturing social media content during class and helping maintain our welcoming, high-energy vibe. The ideal person: • Loves talking to people and building relationships • Is persuasive, articulate, and confident • Thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment • Is values-driven and passionate about helping others feel confident • Has customer service and/or sales experience (preferred) Check out what it’s like to be on our Client Experience Team 👀 ▶️ bit.ly/DDClientExperience HOURS, LOCATION & COMPENSATION • Host 1–2 classes per week (evenings and occasional weekends) • Work onsite at our Houston studio locations (reliable transportation required) • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. Compensation: • $15/hour as a W-2 employee • Free classes/membership and discount on other programming Requirements: • Reliable smartphone required • Reliable laptop is ideal, but not required
