You're paid on commission for what you close, and there's no maximum threshold where additional production stops mattering. Every conversation is with a family who already asked for help finding life insurance coverage — no cold outreach anywhere in this role. What Typical Results Look Like $800 to $1,200 per sale on average. Based on consistent effort: • $50,000+ part-time in year one • $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one Pay is issued daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives layered on top for agents who hit production milestones.
