Kitchen Manager Duties • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling. • Drive profitability by controlling food costs, managing labor expenses, and maximizing efficiency. • Develop and mentor a high-performing kitchen team through training, coaching, and performance management. • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals.
