Why Nurses Choose Float • $70–$90 per hour • Flexible, independent contract work • Choose the visits that work for your schedule • One-on-one patient care • Put your IV and clinical skills to work outside of the hospital What You'll Do As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including: • Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies • Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs • Monitoring patients throughout treatment • Providing patient education and support • Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care Requirements • Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted • Current BLS certification • Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding • 3+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience Experience in any of the following areas is especially valuable: • Home Infusion • Infusion Center • Oncology • Emergency Department • ICU / Critical Care • Hematology • Infectious Disease • Home Health About Float Health Float Health is an on-demand nursing platform that partners with specialty pharmacies to connect experienced nurses with patients who need in-home medication administration.
