Position: Sales Director We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Leader to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Key Responsibilities • Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops) • Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement • Perform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly • Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews • Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals Requirements • One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required • 3+ years in sales, 2+ years in sales management (preferred) • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Details • W2, OTE $175,000–$350,000+ (draw pay, commission & bonuses paid weekly) • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days) • Full-time, weekends required • Field-based role • Continued Leadership Development
