Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline. • 5–10 years of experience supporting customers within the downstream oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or industrial process sectors. • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development through contract award and project execution. • Strong understanding of industrial operations, technical solutions, and customer-driven sales strategies. • Experience selling process technologies, engineered systems, catalysts, adsorbents, or related industrial solutions is highly preferred. • Background working within a global or multinational organization is beneficial. • Strong ability to collaborate across technical, commercial, and operational teams to drive successful project outcomes. • Customer-focused mindset with strong business development and relationship management skills. • Ability to communicate technical and commercial value propositions effectively to customers. Skills & Competencies • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Proven relationship-building and customer engagement capabilities. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
