Your Day-to-Day • Coordinate SPG operations, including shift scheduling, communication, onboarding, and shipment arrangements. • Manage payment administration for SPGs, events, petty cash, and manpower costs. • Coordinate operational and petty cash needs for MEs and offline events to ensure smooth execution. • Support offline channel operations through EC shift arrangements and event-day calculations. • Maintain operational reports and coordinate with Finance and internal teams to support daily activities. Who We’re Looking For • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, operations support, or related roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in operational administration, event coordination, or manpower support is a plus.
