We specialize in all subject areas and cater to students from age four to twenty. We hire only the best - certified teachers, or those in the process of completing their degree in Education and pay much higher wages than the industry average. Job Summary Provide academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge of the Idaho curriculum, with a focus on elementary education and multiple subject areas. Provide supplemental assignments and curriculum-based materials to students to help promote greater understanding of material. Provide homeschool, remedial, enrichment, and curriculum development support for students. Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and educational goals. Qualifications and Skills We are looking for teachers or soon to be teachers who can meet the following criteria: • Availability during morning or daytime hours. • Expertise or strong familiarity with elementary education and multiple subject areas, including math, science, reading, writing, and language arts. • Experience with homeschooling, curriculum development, or creating individualized learning plans is strongly preferred. • Energetic and enthusiastic teachers with experience teaching elementary-aged students. • Committed to providing excellent customer service. • Enjoy working with students & families. • Great communication skills. • Located in the Caldwell/Nampa area or willing to travel more than 20 minutes to an assignment.
