Key Responsibilities • Hands-On Site Work: Work alongside experienced tradespeople using hand and power tools for trenching, utility setup, and site preparation. • Compaction & Grade Tools: Operate compaction equipment (rammers, plate compactors, rollers) and set up pipe lasers for proper grade alignment. • Machine Operation: Learn to operate small pieces of construction equipment as you complete site training. • Safety & Support: Assist with staging materials, maintaining trench safety, and ensuring a safe, efficient jobsite. Candidate Requirements • Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required. • Certifications: OSHA 10 certification is preferred, but a willingness to obtain it upon hire is required. • Experience: Entry level!
