This position is ideal for a licensed electrician who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding customer service skills. Our technicians are trusted advisors who diagnose electrical issues, educate homeowners, and provide solutions that improve the safety, comfort, and efficiency of their homes. Responsibilities Customer Service • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call. • Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly explain recommended solutions. • Prepare accurate estimates and discuss pricing with confidence. • Educate homeowners on safety improvements, energy-saving options, and electrical upgrades. Electrical Service • Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Diagnose electrical issues quickly and provide effective solutions. • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes. • Stay current on industry standards and new technologies. Quality & Safety • Complete every job with professionalism and attention to detail. • Test and inspect completed work to ensure the highest quality. • Maintain clean and organized work areas. • Follow all company and safety procedures. Problem Solving • Analyze electrical issues and develop practical solutions. • Adapt to changing priorities and emergency service requests. • Manage time effectively while maintaining quality workmanship.
